Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
2 Tbsp hot sauce
8 slices Tillamook cheddar cheese
1 sweet onion
Directions:
Combine beef and the hot sauce. Form patties using Burger Mate. Grill burgers to preference. Melt a slice or two of Tillamook cheddar cheese on each patty. Top with caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato and serve on a rocking bun.
