Ingredients:

12 Bays English Muffins,toasted.
4 lbs ground beef,
1/2 cup onion,minced.
salt and pepper,to taste.
1 cup mango chutney,
1 lb. bacon,sliced and cooked.

Welsh Rarebit Sauce
1lb cheddar cheese, shredded.
3 oz. sherry,
1 oz. butter,
4 teaspoons dry mustard,
cayenne pepper, to taste.
nutmeg, to taste.

Methods:

Combine ground beef,onion,salt and pepper in a bowl.Form into patties using BurgerMate. Cook to desired degree of doneness.Place burgers on muffin bottom halves.Top each with 1 Tablespoon mango chutney.Spoon 2 Tablespoons rarebit sauce over each and top with a slice of bacon (broken in two).

Welsh Rarebit Sauce:
Combine all ingredients in double boiler.Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
