Ingredients:
1 lb. ground chuck,
2 tbs ketchup,
2 tbs mustard,
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce,
2 tbs barbecue sauce,
4 slices of garlic herb butter.
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except for the butter in a large mixing bowl.Form ground chuck mixture into patties using BurgerMate.Using your fingers make a in the center of the burger making sure you do not go through the burger.Place a slice of butter in the hole and close the hole.Grill over medium heat,approx.6 minutes per side for medium doneness.
