Ingredients:
500g Organic Steak Mince
1 Onion grated or finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
Seasoning
Olive Oil for basting
115g mozzarella cheese (optional)
Method:
Evenly combine in a large mixing bowl the mince, grated onion,parsley and seasoning.Divide the mixture into equal pieces, shape into patties using Burger Mate.Brush the burgers with a little olive oil and cook for 12-15 minutes turning once.Serve in a roll with salad or with vegetables and potatoes.
